Cancellation Policy

• Please be prompt for your treatment to ensure you have the full session you pay for.

• If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us as quickly as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else to avoid charges to you

• If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours we will make a small charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

• A no-show will be charged in full.
