Discover how chanting, spoken mantras, drum- journeying, music and silence can have a powerfully relaxing, uplifting and rebalancing impact as a meditation technique.
Everyday life is full of stress for most of us, we seem to be in demand constantly and everyone wants our attention. There seems to be no escape from these demands – mobile phones, social media and general day to day happenings. To help us to cope with our busy lives this two hour session will give you the break you need leaving you refreshed and revitalised.
The cost of this session is £25 per person.
