Yoga Classes for all

Virtually anyone can attend yoga classes – as a minimum you need to be able to get up and down from the floor unaided. So virtually any size, any shape and any age can enjoy Kim’s classes where you are treated as an individual. Kim will assess your specific needs and abilities and take you through the yoga that works for you.
Lots of people are finding the busy pace of today’s world mentally stressful and physically exhausting. Yoga helps to improve wellbeing, bringing together both mind and body and provides a unique support mechanism tailored to the individual.
