In this course, you will learn techniques to reduce the stress and anxiety in your life.
You may not realise that you are suffering from stress or anxiety, so here are some classic examples;

At the end of the course you will reduce your stress, understand your stress response and how to control it, learn how to relax  and start enjoying life again.
