Research all points to the same conclusion that Mindful Meditation is good for you. It’s easy, it’s enjoyable, it’s effective and anyone can do it. Meditation is not a magic wand – it does need to be practised on a regular basis however it does ONLY take a few minutes each day (from one minute to 20 minutes). Some people may think they haven’t got the time to meditate. However it could be suggested that people haven’t got time NOT TO! This is because after meditating everything seems so much clearer, and people report that they feel a sense of calm, perspective, equanimity, and renewed energy.
Mindful Meditation is something you can take anywhere with you, on the train, sitting at your desk, in a café etc or simply in the comfort of your own home which is why it is so effortless to achieve.
Classes are entirely secular and open to everyone irrespective of background, beliefs or abilities. If you would like to join a Mindful Meditation class they follow a term time pattern and commence week beginning January 14th 2015 at The Theale Wellbeing Centre. If you are a business and would like staff sessions then this can also be arranged. Please contact The Theale Wellbeing Centre for more information on 0118 9303535.
