Meditation and Mindfulness half-hour tasters to a 5 week course

Many individuals are actively turning to Meditation and Mindfulness in order to help both prevent stress and stress related illness.

Meditation and MindfulnessDuring January and February our Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Judy Claughton, is running a series of Meditation and Mindfulness classes for anyone interested in meditation from first timers to regulars. Starting with a whole evening of taster sessions on Tuesday 30th January – follow this link to find out more  Judy is giving everyone the opportunity find out how Meditation can help to feel relaxed, focused and calm.

If you can’t make the 30th then the following Tuesday (6th February) you can try out a 2 hour session. Enjoy an evening to get away from it all.  This Two Hour Holiday session offers a gentle mix of meditations to take you away to relaxing destinations. Includes mindfulness to gain a sense of calm and relaxation alongside topical props and a few tastes of holiday to trigger that happy relaxing feeling.

OR if you feel like something completely different then on Tuesday 20th February Judy is running a Sound Meditation evening including, drums and chanting.

AND if all that wasn’t enough then Judy will be starting a 5 week course starting on Tuesday 27th February
