Hypnotherapy is the name given for any therapy done in conjunction with Hypnosis. There is a huge body of rigorous scientific research, which demonstrates the effectiveness of Hypnotherapy in treating a wide range of issues. This has lead to its acceptance as a widely scientifically acknowledged psychological and therapeutic discipline and a long-standing reputation for effectiveness among the general public.
Hypnosis is actually a state of heightened responsiveness, not sleep or unconsciousness; so during a hypnotherapy session you will be in full control of your own body and mind.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a solution-focused discipline, which means we concentrate on what needs to happen now for a client to move successfully into the future and pay less attention to a retrospective analysis of the problem’s history. This does away, to the greater extent, with the need to visit any past traumatic events.
